What is the ideal viewing distance from my plasma TV?

There is no industry standard to determine your optimal viewing distance; it is often based on your personal preference, the size of your viewing environment or the quality of the image source.

As a guide we’d suggest a viewing distance of between 2 to 5 times the diagonal size of the screen. For example, if your screen is 60 inches, a suggested viewing distance could be anything between 120 inches / 3 metres (60 x 2) to 300 inches / 7,6 metres (60 x 5).

But again, this depends on your personal taste and how immersed you like to feel in what you’re watching.
